Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active signaph account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. signaph employs automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, signaph reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances, bonuses, or winnings held therein.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. signaph relies on the information you provide for identity verification, payment processing, and regulatory compliance. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
signaph is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and PAGCOR compliance requirements. You may be required to submit government-issued identification documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before deposits, withdrawals, or certain account features are made available to you. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions.
Your signaph account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, gifted, or otherwise assigned to any third party. You may not allow any other person to access or use your account. signaph will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized use of your account where such use results from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your signaph account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. You agree to:
signaph will not be responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your credentials. signaph reserves the right to suspend any account where suspicious activity is detected, pending investigation.
All financial transactions on the signaph platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following terms apply to all deposits:

signaph does not accept deposits via credit cards, cryptocurrency, or any other payment method not listed above. Attempts to deposit using prohibited methods will be declined and may trigger a compliance review of your account.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 per transaction. signaph reserves the right to modify minimum deposit thresholds at any time, with notice provided through the Platform.
Deposits made via GCash and Maya are typically credited to your signaph account instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to reflect, depending on the processing times of the originating bank. signaph is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
signaph may impose daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on accounts as part of its responsible gaming framework or regulatory compliance obligations. You may also voluntarily set personal deposit limits through your account settings. Once a deposit limit is set, it cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of at least twenty-four (24) hours.
Note: All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. signaph reserves the right to return funds and request re-submission from a verified personal account.
Withdrawals from your signaph account are subject to the following conditions:
Before processing any withdrawal, signaph may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) and confirm ownership of the payment method to which funds will be disbursed. This is a regulatory requirement and is non-negotiable.
Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically feasible. signaph does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, credit cards, or any payment method not registered in your name.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 per transaction. signaph reserves the right to adjust this threshold with reasonable notice to users.
Funds credited to your account as part of a bonus or promotional offer may be subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. The specific wagering requirements applicable to each promotion will be stated in the relevant promotional terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements before requesting a withdrawal may result in the forfeiture of bonus funds.

Either party may terminate the account relationship at any time, subject to the following conditions:
You may request closure of your signaph account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed and remaining balances disbursed to your verified payment method, subject to completion of any applicable wagering requirements.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, signaph reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance, bonuses, and winnings in the account.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the signaph platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. You may contact signaph's support team at [email protected] to initiate the dispute resolution process.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Metro Manila, Philippines. You irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to the laying of venue in such courts.
signaph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, signaph will notify registered users via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.
Your continued use of the signaph platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 14.1.
